War restarted???

I think this is the beginning of new war between India and Pakistan as the Pakistan army has broken the no arms policy in the LoC between India and Pakistan. Pakistan army suddenly opened fire on Indian army in the border. No one knows why they opened fire suddenly. But the truth is that they have broken a treaty.
