Darrel hair resigns

The most controversial umpire of ICC, Darrel hair has resigned his position from ICC elite umpire panel. I don’t know why he resigned, but I am sure that he is a worst dictator I have ever seen. He will make new decisions. I still remember how he played in England. Pakistan team refused to play after his decision.
