Only statue, no temple

The plan of constructing a temple for the Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni was dropped because of the objections of Dhonis parents. The fans of Dhoni have planned to construct a temple for Dhoni in the Hati area of Ranchi. But Dhonis parents feel this as a cheap publicity. Because of these objections fans of Dhoni have planned to install a life size statue and a art gallery. The President of Dhoni Fans Club said, the art gallery will be opened 15, August, 2009 and will be left for tourists.
