Pakistan has started again

These many days Pakistan was threatening India with the help of words. But now in the name of Army movement, Pakistan is threatening India. I seriously don’t understand one thing, why is Pakistan threatening India like this after saying that there won’t be any war with Pakistan??? They knew very well that India won’t go for the option of war, keeping this in mind, I think they are doing like this.
