Is Pak a terror country???

The only country which has full militants in their country will be Pakistan. It is the epicenter of all kinds of terror threats in the entire world. Everyone know very well that Pakistan is giving shelter for Osama Bin Laden who is the most wanted for 9/11 attacks in USA. I really don’t understand why UN is not acting and declaring Pakistan as a terrorist’s country??? I nearly laughed out by the reply given by Zardari when one of the press reporter asked him some questions about 26/11 attackers being investigated, I nearly laughed out when Zardari gave to the press reporter. Its very clear that even Zardari stands behind all the terrorists activities which are taking place in Pakistan.
