Jet and then AI now

A month back it was Jet airways and now it is Air India. I am talking about the war between the management and the pilots. After Jet airways, Air India pilots have raised their flags against their management after they announced a pay cut in their bonus. Pilots claim that this pay cut will reduce their salary by 75% which is not at all affordable for them. Air India flights are not at all operating for the past two days due to the strike by pilots. I am not sure when pilots and management will talk and come for a decision. If they come for a compromise, people will be benefitted.
