Last hope for Pakistanis

IPL has given one more chance for Pakistani players to enter IPL. It’s a chance, but franchises have to come forward to take the players from Pakistan. It seems that there are many teams which didn’t finish their quota which was allocated to them. In case if they are interested, they can take Pakistan players in their team. Also in some teams, players may opt out. In that case also franchises may come forward to take Pakistan players in their team. This announcement was given after home minister said that IPL should have taken Pakistani players in it. Though a chance was given, will the franchises come forward???? This is a big question mark.
