Imprisoned for 74th time

To prove that Indian law and order has many loop holes in it, here is an incident which took place in the rich city of Tamilnadu, Coimbatore. A man was jailed for the 74th time. I read this news and was frozen in shock and surprise. How come a man was sent to jail for the 74th time? When I gathered the news about him, I came to know that he is a regular offering box breaker in open temples. It seems he was remanded for the 74th time for the same reason. Generally his target is open temples. Our Indian law and order has allowed a man to commit wrong doings again and again. This is the current state of Indian law.
