India’s hope for World cup is completely crushed now as India lost to Sri Lanka and crashed out of Super 8 as they lost all super 8 matches. Though India lost two super 8 matches, it had a hope to move on to semi finals if they win the match against Sri Lanka with a run difference of 20 or more. But Sri Lanka crushed India’s hope by thrashing them in the final super 8 match. With this, India is completely out of the tournament by losing all super 8 matches. Speculations are already surrounding the Indian team that IPL is the reason for their worst performance in the international tournament. Even Dhoni is puzzled about why they didn’t perform well in the tournament. Poor fielding, poor bowling and poor batting everything thrashed them out of the world cup. Hope Indian cricket will learn from its defeat.
