AI Employees sacked

After the judgement given by Delhi high Court, The Ministry of Civil Aviation gave full authorities to the management of Air India to take action against the employees and employee unions which are involved in the strike. Hence Air India management has sacked nearly 20 employees and also they dissolved two other employee unions. As a result of this all Air India officials went back to work as they were afraid that they may also lose the job. This kind of stern action needs to be taken against these people who strike just for silly reasons. I am sure that this is a lesson for all the Air India officials and they will be careful with each and every move which they make in future. Also the one more union has threatened the management that it will do a big strike in the month of June. I think they will also soon learn the lesson learnt by the other unions.
